SHIPPING INFORMATION
Online orders placed with Skeermes are delivered by The Courier Guy (www.thecourierguy.co.za) and PUDO (www.pudo.co.za) a division of The Courier Guy (Pty) Ltd, as our only approved service providers. We currently only deliver within the borders of South Africa.
The Courier Guy delivers directly to your door (also referred to as Door to Door), so please provide us with a physical address that is normally occupied during business hours from Monday to Friday.
- The Courier Guy is an express courier service during weekdays, therefore your parcel will be delivered to your door, and will require a signature or pin entry from the receiver.
- Normal business hours for deliveries are Monday – Friday (excluding Public Holidays) from 08:00 to 17:00. As is industry standard for courier companies, note that Weekends and Public Holidays are excluded.

PUDO deliveries to a PUDO Smart Locker, PUDO Kiosk or Depot for Collection, so please provide us with the PUDO Locker name and physical address where you want your parcel to be sent to.
- PUDO SA smart terminals offer a delivery service twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days a week. This schedule may undergo changes depending on the accessibility and/or opening of the premises in which the PUDO terminal is located, leaving the provision of the delivery service subject to it.
- The Recipient will receive a text / email when the parcel is ready to be collected; 11.2.2 The user who requests a collection service will be assigned a Code.
- This Code must be entered into the PUDO SA smart terminal for the removal of packages, within the contracted period.
- The Recipient will then remove the parcel from the Locker
- The responsibility to collect the package, rests, at all times with the recipient, and the recipient has 36 Hours, following a notification, with a PIN code, to do so, to collect the parcel at the destination locker, failure will result in the package being returned to the nearest The Courier Guy Depot, and full redelivery fees will be applicable.
We regret that P.O Box deliveries will not be accepted.
ORDER PROCESSING
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment reflected in our accounts. We endeavour to ensure all orders are shipped out as soon as possible. Orders placed after 13:00 may only be processed the following day.
Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed as soon as possible, however the product can only be dispatched for delivery on the first business day that follows the weekend or public holiday.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery time is dependant on your delivery location. Standard delivery to all large cities, towns and metropolitan areas takes about 1 – 7 business days. If your delivery address is outside the larger cities and metros or a remote area, the parcel can still be delivered however the courier cost will increase proportionally and delivery time may take up to 10 business days.
Please note: Delivery times go into effect the business day after your order is placed. The cost of delivery is dependent on your delivery address and customised for each and every customer. Delivery cost may vary subject to weight, volumetric size of package and delivery address/location.

DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. Where possible please use an occupied address for delivery as the courier will not leave a package without signature.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. Charges accrued for re-shipment will be for your account.
